Collaborating with premier cheesemonger Anthony Femia of Maker and Monger, Executive Chef Michael Greenlaw has created a limited edition menu to help you get through the colder months.
Savoury temptations on the menu include alpine cheese scones; baked le Duc Vacherin with sourdough; and quark with preserved summer berries.
High Cheese includes free-flowing Vittoria Coffee blends, Jing Tea herbal infusions and hot chocolate.
