Some apartments with a separate balcony and high ceilings. Standard furniture includes single sized bed (including quality inner spring mattress), bed-side table with drawers, study desk and bookshelves, ergonomically designed desk chair, small dining table and two casual chairs, built in robe, quality carpet throughout and LCD television.

SECURITY – Nelson College Apartments come complete with a state of the art security system. Entry to the building is by individual resident code. Each room is fitted with a video monitor, enabling residents to view entry to the building of their guests from the safety and security of their apartment. Apartments are fitted with unique security key systems to ensure maximum security. In addition to external video surveillance system, each apartment has peep holes in the front door.
